What We Value

Professionalism

Each semester, our new members complete a rigorous 10-week education process where they develop the skills necessary to succeed in various fields of business. Through projects, workshops, and alumni resources, PSE fosters professional development and success.

Family

The core foundation of PSE is its close-knit community, and the life-long relationships established between each and every member. Our brothers grow together and can always rely on one another's support—professionally, academically, and socially.

Philanthropy

In August 2018, one of our brothers, Rachel Doran, passed away due to rare reactions to common medications. Every semester, PSE plans, markets, and runs a philanthropic event to raise money for a philanthropic organization, and we are grateful to continue raising money in Rachel’s honor.

President's Welcome

Thank you for visiting the website of the Zeta Alpha Chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon at Cornell University. We hope you explore our site and see some of the amazing benefits and experiences you can gain from being a member of PSE.

Our chapter aims to help motivated Cornell students develop a strong professional skillset, gain exposure to diverse industries, and most of all build friendships that will last for life. Our close-knit brotherhood participates in a range of activities including private networking events with companies from various industries, alumni events where students can meet with past members, and fun social events such as dinners, wine tours, and more!

By joining the brotherhood, you will start your membership with the New Member Education Process. This tailored, self-improvement process helps you learn how to navigate recruitment, excel in a professional setting, deliver strong presentations, and learn more about the different careers you can pursue after Cornell. You will work through this process alongside the other members of your pledge class, developing strong relationships that extend beyond the classroom. Our process is unique in the way that we ask you what you want to learn. We understand you choose to join our brotherhood, and we will work with each new member to create a customized process based on what you want to learn.

Each and every one of our members supports one another throughout their Cornell years. This diverse brotherhood has provided me with some of my best experiences at Cornell, and I hope you consider joining this amazing community.

Sincerely,

Julie Weiner
