Maya Shpilsky is a sophomore from New Jersey majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations with a concentration in organizational behavior. She is passionate about behavioral economics and the ways in which human decision-making influences workplace dynamics and organizational performance. This past summer, she interned at Roundview Capital, a wealth management firm, where she gained exposure to client relations and financial strategy. Outside of PSE, Maya is a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and works at the Statler Hotel.
